DUNEDIN,, Night. The body of an elderly man was found near the river. He is a stranger to the district, and has not been identified. A seven-roomed' house in Clyde-stveet occupied-by Chas, piliofct, and Q\yned by (t. Welliott was'TnirneU to'the ground at seven o'clock tlii3 morning. Nothing was saved. The faintly were all in bed at the time, and had to hurry'out in their night clothes. The house was insured in New Zealand, office for J6400 > furniture in National for £170. '
