Has been favoured with instructions to sell by auction, at his Estate, Land, and House Saleroom, Arthur's Mart, Queen-street, on Thursday, 27th inst., at 12 o'clock noon, THAT WELL-SITUATED GOOD grazing farm in the justly popular district of Piikerimu, Waikato, containing 450 acres of first-class land. There is a good Dwelling-house and Outbuildings, Orchard, Garden, and Plantations, &c. This property is situated about midway between Cambridge and Ohaupo, close to the Waikato River, surrounded by some of the best cultivated farms in the Waikato. A portion of it is now let at the rate of £150 per^annum, and is at present in the occupation of Mr H. J. Turner, who is leaving the district. Immediate possession.
