NO satisfactory Tender having been sent in, fresh SEALED TENDERS hi duplicate will by received by the undersigned up to noon on Saturday, the 15th inst., for the supply of rations to the Armed Constabulary, or other colo.iial force, between Cambridge and Rotorua, or any constabulary statiou in Waikato, for the twelve months ending 22nd April, 18S3. Specifications can be seen at the A.C. Office, Cambridge. Each tender must be accompanied by a cheque for (£25) Twenty-five pounds, made payable to the Receiver-General, only, and not to bearer, and marked by a banker as good for 21 days, as a guarantee that the contract will be taken up. The successful tenderer will be required to find two approved sureties of £200 each, for the due fulfilment of the contract, tenderers to specify the names and addresses of their sureties on the tenders.
