THE WAIKATO FARMERS' COOFERATIVE ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the provisional directors of this association was held at Camp's Tamahere Hotel at 8 o'clock, on Thursday evening last, for the purpose of Adopting the prospectus. There were present': Messers«Barugh (in the chair), S. S. 'Graham, W. A. Graham, J. Martyn, Main, H. A., Paton, A. TV. Pearson, and Ewen. ' ' ! The suggestions made by the Auckland and Ngaruawahia shareholders having been entertained, and the prospectus drawn up accordingly, on the motion of Mr Paton, seconded by Mr Main, it was 1 resolved " That the prospectus as ' submitted by Mr W. A. Graham "be 1 adopted." — Carried. 1 A general meeting of shareholders will shortly be held, for the. election of directors and the' appointing of officers for the association. "' '
