IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDENAT HAMILTON. In Bankruptcy. In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the several Acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of Henry Carter, of Cambridge, Waikato, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand, Contractor, a Debtor. This is to notify that at the first meeting of the creditors of the above-named Henry Carter, held at the District Courthouse, Hamilton, aforesaid, on the 23rd March inst., James Paton Thomson, of Cambridge, aforesaid, Accountant, was elected the Creditors' trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said James Paton Thomson has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
