NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

rpHE partnership heretofore subsisting JL between us, the undersigned James George Berry', Christopher Palmer Gardner, and Matthew Graham Neill, as sawmili owners at Orakau, under the style or firm of Berry, Gardner and Co. has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by the said' James George Berry and Matthew Graham Neill, by whom all debts due by the late firm will be paid, and to whom all debts due to the late firm should be paid, their receipt for the same being a sufficient discharge.
