New Zealand securities aio unchanged at the following quotations -.—The s per cent 10-40 loan is 104 J the s per cent 1889 loan js io+J ; the 4$ per cent 1879-1904 loan js 103. The market rates of discount havo declined to }l per cent ; the bank rate is 4 per cent. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 535 ; New Zealand dittoo is 40s; Adelaide flour,, ex warehouse, is 375. Australian tallow j Best beef is 395. and best mutton is 445.
IiOIiDOK WOOL MARKET. London, Itlarch 20.— At the wool sale to-day, 9500 bales wore catologned, making a total of 177,800 offered since th 6 commencement of the leries. Thu bidding is steady, but the demand for the lots offered is not active.
