NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitoa Highway District Board propose to STOP the undermentioned ROADS in Te Pae o tu Rawaru, No 2 Block, and to take land for Roads in, lieu thereof :—: — Roads to be Closed. 1. A Road containing 11 acres 24 perches, bounded north-easterly by section 4 (E. P. Burburry), and south-westerly by section 15 (Rich and Williams). 2. A Road containing 10 acres 1 rood 20 perches, bounded north -easterly by sections 14 and 15 (Rich and Williams), and south-westerly by section 16 (Rich and Williams). 3.
