THIS is to notify that at the first meeting of the creditors of the above named Edward Gumby, held at the District Courthouse, Hamilton, aforesaid, this day, TnoMAS Charles Hammond, of Hamilton, aforesaid, Accountant, was elected the Creditor's Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Debtor, and that the said Thomas Charles Hammond has signified, in writing to me, his acceptance of the said Trusteeship ; and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
