London, March 14. The leaders of the Radical party in the House of Commons and outside are agitating with the object of inducing the Government to order some mitigation of the treatment of "suspects" who are in custody in the various gaols in Ireland.
Washington, March 14. The bill providing for the abolition of polygamy in the United States has been nnally passed by the Congress.
