Weights to be declared on the 11th. General entries and acceptances up to Thur&day, the 16th inst. Entrance money enclosed with the name, age, and pedigree of horse, and colours of rider. All disputes to be settled by a majority of the stewards, their decision being final. All races to be run under the V.R.C. Rules. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 soys.
