IN accordance with Section 80, " Counties Act 1370," and Sections 19 and 20 " Slaughter-house's Act J577," I hereby give notice that at a Special Meeting of the above Council h olden at Cambridge on the 3rd day of March 1882, the following resolution was adopted :—: — " That the Bye-laws for the regulation of Slaughter-houses -within the County, as drawn up by Cr.
