This is to notify that at the first meeting of the creditors of the above-named debtor held at the District Court-house, at Hamilton, in the said Provincial District, William Andrew Richardson, of Cambridge, aforesaid, commission agent, was elected the creditor's trustee in bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said William Andrew Richardson has signified to me in writing his acceptance of the trusteeship and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
