, Waitoa. R. Parr 32 W. P. Chenmell 2S C. Gould 27 J. Tumbull 27 J.Hunt 24 C. Collins 13 W. A. Murray 12 Macky 8 Messrs Parr, Chepmell, Gould, Turnbull, and Hunt were declared duly elected. Owing to the poll having been recorded in the teacher's house, instead of the school-house, it is likely that the legality of the election will be questioned.
