HAMILTON HIGHWAY DISTRICT. Public Notification. AT a meeting of Ratepayers of the above District, held at the Hamilton Highway Board's Office on the 12th November, it was resolved to close a load between allotments 50, 51, and 52, 53 in the Parish of Te Rapa, and to take land with consent of owner for a new road, and at a meeting of Ratepayers of the above district, held on the 26th November it was resolved to close a part of a road between allotments No. 121, 127, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133 in the Parish of Te Rapa, and to take land with consent of owners, for a new road. The Waipa County Council having confirmed and approved of the action of the Ratepayers of the above District at a meeting held on the 10th January, 1882, in terms of sedV^subsecfcion'^h) of the Public Works Act, 1880, I now declare the said roads to haye r been lawfully stopped, and that- they shall henceforth cease to be Public Highways.
