Civil Gases, A. Raynes v. George Gage, claim £18 9s 9cl, for goods. — Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs. W. Riley v. George McCann, claim £4. — Judgment for full amount and costs (£1 13s). S. Bright v. R. C. Ross, claim £5, for damage sustained-through non-delivery of goods purchased at Pearson's sale. — Mr Dyer for plaintiff and Mr Keesing for defendant. — Plaintiff was auctioneer of the stock in Pearson's estate, and had bought goods on commission for another person, to the amount of £14 10s 4d. Ross, the trustee in the, estate, refused to give delivery of the same when de= manded, whereby he (Bright) lost his commission, consequently the action. — The evidence of Ross went to, show that the conditions of sale were cash, consequently he refused -to let Bright have, same until paid for. -^Judgment for defendant with costs.
