CABLE NEWS. [REUTERS TELEGRAMS.]

Aden, February 6. Further intelligence to hand fully confirms the fact of the outbreak against Turkish rule in the province of Yemen, in Southern Arabia. It states that the rebellion is assuming alarming proportions, and is rapidly spreading throughout the provinces.

Cairo, February 6. Mahomed Pasha, the New President of the Egyptian Council of Ministers, paid a visit to-day to the British representative, Sir E. B. Malet. In the course of the interview the Premier took occasion to reassure the British Ambassador with regard to the policy of the new Ministry. The Khedive received a deputation of the officers of the army to-day, at which 600 were present. The officers tendered their thanks to His Highness for the confidence he had displayed in the National party, and assured him of the fidelity of the military forces. It has transpired that the programme of the new Cabinet will be marked by respect for existing international contracts, and by the fulfilment of the national debt and the budget engagement, as intimated by a resolution recently passed by the Assembly of Notables.
