Vienna, February 2. Intelligence is to hand that desultory fighting has taken place between Bosnian and Austrian troops. Numerous bands of insurgents are collected in different parts of the province, and irequent skirmishes are occurine.
Cairo, February 1. A deputation of notables waited to-day upon Cherif Pasha, and intimated that he should sign the organic law, which has been agreed to by the Chamber of Notables. Cherif referred the deputation to the Khedive.
February 2. Cherif Pasha has resigned the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
February 3. A Ministry, composed of the members of what is" known as the Egyptiau National Party, is now being formed, to succeed the Government of Cherif Pasha. The various portfolios are not yet allotted, but it is known that Aradi Bey will hold the position of Minister of War.
London, February 3. , It has transpired that Russia, Germany, Austria, and Italy have through their ambassadors informed the Porte that any alteration of the status quo in any portion of the Sultan's dominions will require the assent of the Great Powers.
