Night. The steamer Macgregor arrived in Waitara river last night from the Manukau. This morning, at an early hour, it was discovered that she was rapidly filling with water, and instant measures were taken to endeavour to discover the cause, when it was found she had a hole in her bottom. She is supposed to have settled on a snag. The cai'go dischai-ged from here is m a very much damaged state.
