WHEREAS under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1876," judgment was given upon the 19th day of February, 1881, in the Resident Magistrate's Court sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of two pounds el yen shillings and eightpence (£2 11s 8d), being arrears of rates due by Charles Christie, or owner of Lot 13, situate in the Parish of Kirikiriroa, in the Kirikiriroa Highway District, Waikato.
