Acceptances and general entries Will he received up to Friday, February 10, at 8 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with tho name, age, and pedigree of horse, and colours ot rider. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That* all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with carryingout of this programme shall be final. All races to be run under the V.R'C. Rules. Any Jockey i idinpr except in the colors entered will be fined 3gevs. No entry will bo received on any pretence whatever after the hour named or without being accompanied by the neces* sari/ amount of cash. , > All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or the , Clerk" of . the Scales one half -hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to , ' comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding ssovs. to the Race Fund. ■ All" protests must be accompanied with a deposit of ssovs., which sum will be ,f forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained.
