PIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL. rpAKE NOTICE.— The Valuation List X for Patetere Outlying District, for bhe year 1882, is now open for inspection it Messrs La very and Whitehouse's Store, re Aroha. All objections thereto must be left at re Aroha on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment 3ourt, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Council offices, Cambridge, not less than seven days before bhe next sitting of the said Court. LARGE QUANTITIES OF EARTH having been carried into the Waihou River by the outflow of drains opening therein, and the navigation of the river having been greatly impeded by the shoaling caused thereby, NOTICE is hereby given that no drains ■will be allowed to be cut through the river banks without the consent in writing of the Chairman of the Piako County Council having been previously obtained thereto.
