LARGE QUANTITIES OF EARTH having been carried into the Waihou River by the outflow of drains opening therein, and the navigation of the river having been greatly impeded by the shoaling caused thereby, NOTICE is hereby given that no drains ■will be allowed to be cut through the river banks without the consent in writing of the Chairman of the Piako County Council having been previously obtained thereto.
