ABOUT 125 ACRES of the new Township of Rotorua, near the Maori Settlement of Ohiiiemutu, will be offered for Lease by Public Auction on the 7th MARCH, 1882, at the CROWN" LANDS OFFICE, AUCKLAND. Tlie Business Sites will comprise quarter-acre and the Villa Sites half-acre lots. A few Suburban Lots of 5 acres and 10 acres each, and Small Farms varying from 40 to 60 acres, will also be offered. The lots as marked on the plan will be let oji lea^e for ninety-nine years, under arrangements made by the Government of New Zealand with the proprietors of the soil. The letting will be by auction, at the office of the Commissioner of Crovra Lands, in Auckland, ou the 7th of March, 1882. Rents will be paid half-yearly, in Auckland, or in the town as may be found convenient. Possession of the land will be given immediately after the auction. The lots may be now identified on the ground by marked peg*. The use of the waters, and all similar arrangements will be under the control of the doctor and a local body. Copies of the plans and full printed particulars can be seen at any Post or Telegraph Office, Railway Station, and Athenaeum, or they can be obtained from any Commissioners of Crow n Lands at any Land Office in the Polony.
