Sheep: 'Ihcre was an unusually large number \ardcd at Newmarket, piincipally stores, and there was spirited competition. Store ewes, in low condition, sold at from 6s gd to 10s 6d ; wethers, 7s to gs 3d ; store lambs, 5s Gd to 7s 6d ; fat wethers, from us 6d to 15s id. A great number off.it lambs were yarded, notwithstanding which thoy were keenly competed for, and sold at from 8s to 18s gd. Pigs : Very short supply.
