QEPARATE TENDERS are invited by O the Patetere Land Company for HARROWING, ROLLING, and SOWING one thousand acres of ploughed land, situated near Oxford . Tenders for harrowing to be at per stroke. Tenders to be marked, "Tenders for harrowing, &c," and to be sent to the Company's office, addressed to the undersigned, not later than 2 p.m., Saturday, 14th inst. Contractors can tender for the whole or any portion of the thousand acres. Mr Walker will attend at the Company's office, Cambridge, at 12 noon on Friday next, the 13th inst., to meet intending contractors. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted, E. B. WALKER.
