IN accordance with Section 64 of The Education Act 1877, the Education Board of the Districi of Auckland has fixed that the times and places of the ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETINGS of Householders, to be held on MONDAY, the 23rd day of January, 1882, shall, in respect of the School Districts hereinafter named, be those respectively set forth in the schedule heremider. In the matter of the " Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and of the several acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of BRUNO RUGE, formerly of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, but now of Cambridge, in the said Provincial District of Auckland, Hairdresser, a Debtor. NOTICE is hereby given that a sufficient number of creditors not having been present at a general meeting of the creditors of the above-named debtor, held on the 4th clay of January, 1882, a further meeting will be held at the Courthouse, Hamilton, on Thursday, the twelfth day of January, 1882, at the hour of Three o'clock in the afternoon, to receive my interim report, and at the said meeting a resolution may be passed either that the Debtor be forwibh discharged, or that such discharge be suspended for any period not exceeding three years from the date of the meeting, recommending the same.
