In the matter of the " Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and of the several acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of BRUNO RUGE, formerly of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, but now of Cambridge, in the said Provincial District of Auckland, Hairdresser, a Debtor.
