We have been favored with instructions to sell by public auction, at our Rooms, Victoria-street, on Wednesday, 4th January, 1882, at noon, the assigned VALUABLE PROPERTY OK MR. H. M. D. PEARSON'S, Comprising the Corner Allotment with Store and Dwelling thereon. The allotment has a frontage of 31ft. 9in. to Victoria-street, and a depth of 1 00 ft. to the new street to be opened through to Duke-street West. Also, a triaugular-shaped allotment adjoining, dimensions and particulars of which can be had at our office.
