Intelligence is to hand from Tunis that the French troops hare of late been buccesssul over the insurgents, the remnant* of whom are now only left. These »re retreating to the frontier of Tripoli, and the French troops are injpursait. A^confliderable foroe of Turkish troops has been despatched from Tripoli to the frontier to protect it against the retreating rebels.
