The Township of Oxford is situated about 20 miles above Cambridge, and on the direct road to Rotorua, and within five hours ride of the Lakes. The proposed Thames Valley and Rotorua Railway passes through this Township. There is already a good hotel at Oxford, affording first-class accommodation, and a coach in connection with the same runs twice a week to Cambridge, carrying the muil. The suburban farms will be offered in lots containing from Five to One H undred and Fifty Acres, all first-class land. Oxford, situated as above, and in the midst of an immense area of the best of land, will, in the course of a very short time, be an important and flourishing township. St. Kilda is immediately adjoining and forms part of Cambridge East, pleasantly situated, and well adapted for villas and first-class residences.
