The Commercial Treaty with France. Paris, November 21.
At an interview held between Sir Charles Dilke, British Foreign Under* Secretary, and M. Gambetta and M. Rounier, new Minister of Commerce, it has been decided that formal negotiations for a new Anglo-French Commercial Treaty should be commenced in the middle of December.
