Conservative Victory. London, November 1.
The result of the election for Stafford has caused considerable interest and discussion, not only in the neighborhood, but throughout England. The Liberals attribute Mr Salt's victory to his local influence in the borough. The Irish, however, support the Conservatives, and claim that the result of the contest must looked upon as a crushing censure on the Government.
