Alexandria, November 16. News from Arabia state that cholera has broken out at Djiddah, an important seaport in the Red Sea, sixty miles from Mecca, where the epidemic has been raging for some time past. A number of deaths have , already occurred. The mortality at Mecca is stated to be daily increasing.
