The French Ministry. Paris, November 15.

Freycinet and Leon Sais, who had accepted office as Ministers for Foreign Affairs and Finance, respectively, having retired, Gambetta will himself take the Foreign portfolio. Mr Altain Jaige has been appointed Minister of Finance. The other portfolios are filled as follows : — General Campennon, Minister of War ; Rosseau, Minister of the Interior ; Corvica, Minister of Commerce ; Bert, Minister of Public Institutions. The latter's appointment is unpopular, and the other Ministers are new to political lite.
