Nominations for Handicaps and entrance for Maiden Place to be sent to tho Secretary Waikato Turf Club, Hamilton, on or before Friday, November 11th; weights to be declared on the loth. Acceptances received up to Friday, 25th, at 7 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of horse and colors of rider. No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections aribiny shall be decided by the Ste'waids or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points fahall be final. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing color must bo worn. All races to be run under tlio V.R.C. rules. Any jockey riding except in the colois entered will bo fined 3bovs. No entiywill be ipeeived on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by tho necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or the Clerk of the Scales one half hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this mle shall pay a fine not exceeding 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which &urn will bo forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained.
