In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof, and of FRANK BARKER pf Okoroiri, ill' the District of Waikato, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony •■ of Nevr ' Zealand, Contractor, a debtor. Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of creditors held on Wednesday the second day of November instant, at three o'clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Hamilton, it was unanimously agreed that the said debtor should be forthwith discharged from .all debts provable under the said bankruptcy, and also that the above-named debtor, Frank Barker, intends to- apply to the abovenamed Honorable Court, on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of November instant, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as he can be heard on that behalf for nn order of discharge under the provisions of the said act, and that the trustees report in ' the above matter has been filed in the said court.
