'TIHE Quarterly Meeting of Licensing X Courts for the undermentioned districts will be held on Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 1881, at 12 o'clock noon, at the following places :—: — Court-house, Hamilton, for the districts of Kirikiriroa and Hamilton. , Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, tor the districts of Newcastle, Rangiriri and Whangape. IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDEN AT HAMILTON. In Bankruptcy. In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof, and of FRANK BARKER pf Okoroiri, ill' the District of Waikato, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony •■ of Nevr ' Zealand, Contractor, a debtor. Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of creditors held on Wednesday the second day of November instant, at three o'clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Hamilton, it was unanimously agreed that the said debtor should be forthwith discharged from .all debts provable under the said bankruptcy, and also that the above-named debtor, Frank Barker, intends to- apply to the abovenamed Honorable Court, on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of November instant, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as he can be heard on that behalf for nn order of discharge under the provisions of the said act, and that the trustees report in ' the above matter has been filed in the said court. McKEON FAMILY RELIEF FUND. A MEETING of the subscribers will be held in the Public Hall, Te Awamutu, on Friday, 11th November, at 7-30 p.m. to decide upon the disposal of the money collected. Parties holding subscription lists of cash on account of the fund are requested to forward same to Mr Winstone, JTe Awamutu, before date of meeting.
