"DARNLEY." Bay, foaled Ist May, 1879, got by Darnley (No. 222), Clydesdale Stud-bcok. Dam, The Countess by Knoekdon (44!), Clydesdale Stud-book, who gained the Auchterarder Premium. He was got by Campsie (119), who was a Highland Society's winner at Kelso, and many other premiums. Darnley (222) is by Conqueror (119), Dam, Peggy, by Samson alias Logairs Tom (741). He won Second prize at the Highland Society's Show at Stirling in 1873. The Preraiums of the Glasgow Agricultural Society in 1876 and 1877, First Prize at the Highland ("ociety's Show at Edinburgh in 1877 ; and the Champion Cup at the Highland and Agricultural Society's Show at Dumfries 1878, and many other prizes since, &c, &c. The above two will Stand at Fen Court.
