The Dublin Corporation and the Land Leaguers. London, Ootober 26.
A proposal was submitted by one of the 7)ublm Aldermen, that the freedom of the city should be preaented to Mr. Parnell and Mr. Dillon, who are now in ousbody under the provisions of the Coercion Act. The proposal was discussed at some length. It was finally rejected by & substantial majority.
