WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. IN ACCORDANCE with section 177, sub-section (4) of "The Counties Act, 1876," the following by-laws nude by the Waipa County Council, are hereby published, and will come into force on Saturday, November 12th, 1881 :— By-law 111. 21. — No motion once rejected by the Council shall be again brought up lor consideration, or any motion of a similar effect, within six months of such rejection, unless with the unanimous consent of the Council.
