Nominations for Handicaps and entrance for Maiden Plate to bo sent to the Secretary Waikato Turf Club, Hamilton, on or before Fiiday, November 11th; weights to be declared on the loth. Acceptances received up to Friday, 2oth, at 7 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of horse and colors of rider. No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising- shall be decided by the Stewauls or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. When two or move horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing color must be worn, All races to be run under the V.R C. rules. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 3hovs. No entry will be leueived on any pretence whatever after tho hour named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or the Clerk of the Scales one half hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which sura will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. Owners of horses who are not members of the Club pay 1 soy. qualification. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. ROBERT BRADLEY, Secretary.
