Nominations for Handicaps and entrance for Maiden Plate to be sent to the Secretary Waikato Turf Club, Hamilton, on or before Fiiday, November 11th ; ■weights to be declared on the 15th. Acceptances received up to Fiiday, 2oth, at 7 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of horse and colors of rider. No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising- shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. When two or more horses start, the property of tho same owner, a distinguishing color mubt be worn. AH races to be run under the V.R.C. rules. Any jockey riding except in tha colors entered will be fined Ssovs. No entry will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or Avithout being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to tho Secretary or the Cleik of the Scales one hntt hour before starting. All piofests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which Fum will be forfeited 10 thf Race Fund if the protect is not sustained.
