Parnell s name has been removed from the commission of the peace for Ireland. It is announced that in view of the necessity for farther reinforcements in Ireland three regiments will be dispatched from England to the disturbed districts without delay. Much excitement continues to prevail in Ireland over the action of the Executive in making so many arrests of prominent agitators. Public feeling manifests itself strongly in Dublin, and tumultuous gatherings of people have taken place to denounce the (jo\ eminent. A deputation from the Dublin corporation waited upon the Thief Sectetary for Irelind to complain that the constabulary have been guilty of great brutality in the suppression of recent riots. Mr Forster in reply stated that he could only justify tne action of the police.
