SALE OF LANDED PROPERTY AT CAMBRIDGE.
On Monday last Messrs Hi E. Cotton and Co. disposed, at their new auction mart, Victoriastreet, Cambridge, the properties of the late Mr John Kerr of Cambridge, at Whangamarino and Taupiri, the late major fiay's house and grounds, also several valuable town allotments in Cam-
bridge East and West., Kcrr's property at Tau. pin realised 7!> an acre, and 'major Hay's property, sold in one lot, realised £805, and was purchased by Mr E. R. Reynold*. Town allotments fetched from £20 to £40. There was a good attendance of bidders, and bidding was very spirited.
