rTI AKE NOTICE. —The Hamilton HighX way District Board propose to stop the undermentioned Road, and, with consent of owner, take land for road in lieu thereof. Plans and accurate descriptions may be inspected by Ratepayers at the Office of the undersigned, for twelve consecutive weeks from the date hereof.

Road to be Closed.

A Road, containing 5 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, bounded on the North by Lot 52, Parish of Te Rapa, and on the East by Lot 53, Parish of Te Rapa, the property of Mr Thomas Aitken.
