No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that allclaims, disputes, and objections arising shall bo decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. All raoes to be run under the V.R.C. rules. • Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 3sovs. No entry will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to tho Secietary or the Clerk of tho Scales one half hour before starting. Any pei son neglecting or refusing to comply with this lule shall pay a, fine not exceeding 1 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All protests must bo accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which sura will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained.
