The Transvaal Difficulty. London, September 26.
The announcement contained in Menday's Standard, that the Transval Volksrard had refused to ratify the AngloBoer convention, is not confirmed. Telegrams received to-day from the Cape, report that the Volksraad is still discussingthe convention, but the speeches of the members have so far boen hostile to its ratification.
