To the Ratepayers of the Hamilton Highway District. qpAKE NOTICE. — The Hamilton X Highway District Board propose to Stop the undermentioned Roads, and, with consent of owners, take land for Roads in lieu thereof. Plans and accurate descriptions may be inspected by Ratepayers at the otfice of the undersigned, for twelve consecutive weeks from the date hereof. Roads to be Closed. A road containing 5 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less ; bounded on the West by Lots 132 and 133, Parish of Te Rapa, and on the East by Lots 129, 130, and 131, Parish of Te Rapa, the property of Mr W. A MEETING of ratepayers of the above district will be hold at the old School-house, Paterangi, on Saturday, October Ist 1881, at 12 o'clock noon for the purpose of electing one tm>tee to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of a member of the Board. NOTICE is hereby given that the Pirongia Dk'-trict Board intend on the Bfch day of October next, to make a rate of One Shilling in tho Pound on the rateable value for the year ending 3l*t Morch, 1882 ; that the said rate will be payable in one sum on tho Ist day of November, 1881, at the residence of Mr James Sherret, Harapepe : nnd that the ratebook is open for inspection at the same place.
