Wellington, Saturday. The Legislative Council met at noon, eight members, including the Speaker, being present. The Commissioner read the order appointing Sir W. Fiteherbert, Hon. John Johnston, and Hon. C' J. Pharazyn Commissioners to prorogue. The actingSpeaker and nine members of the Lower House having attended, the Commissioners proroged Parliament to Thursday, November 24th. , :
