Gentlemen, —In fairness to my numorons friends and supporters in tho Waipa Electorate I think it right to Inform you that I shall be a candidato for your suffrages at the coming general election. lam aware that it is unusual to announce such an intention at a date so early as the present, but I am driven into the position by the rumors that are being «o industriously circulated throughout the district at the present time.
