Nominations for Handicaps and entrance for Maiden Plate to be sent to the Secretary Waiknto Turf Club, Hamilton, on or before Friday, November 1 lth ; weights to be declared on the* loth. Acceptances received up to Friday, 2oth, at 7 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of horse and colors of rider. No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising- shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. All races to be run under the V.R.C. rules. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 3sovs. No entry will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to K'ivo notice to that effect to the Secretary or the Clei le of the Scales one half hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply w ith this rule shall pay n fine not exceeding 5 hoys. to the R-ice Fund. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 wv,, -which ■•urn will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest i» not sustained.
