In re Thomas Dawson. Mr O'Neill stated thdt the Trmtee*and the Accountant had succreded in further reducing the amount of the discrepancy between the receipts and expenditure. The explanaand report by the accountant, Mr T. C. Hammond, being satisfactory, 1 he applied the Court to accept them. His Honor felt disposed to accept them, but on Mr Hay pointing out that accordin? to the report only £2000 out of £5500 had been accounted for, the Court granted an adjournment till October 3rd, at 3 p.ra.^ tq enable both ( p4rties to look into the accounts.
